Our Story
We started small. August 1998, in Pekan Nanas, Johor, with 30 craftsmen and a handful of sofas and recliners bound for our Asian neighbours. One idea worth building on. Comfort and quality, made well.
Today, 1,500 craftspeople carry that idea forward. Their skill and hard-won knowledge are what set our furniture apart.

Our MilestonesOur Process
Every piece that leaves our factories is a testament to true craftsmanship. Materials are handpicked. Cuts are precise. Comfort is engineered to last.
We build for strength, durability, and comfort. To be sure we deliver all three, we've developed our own in-house testing for every material and mechanism that goes into a White Feathers piece. From there, each one is tracked through assembly and packed with care for the journey ahead.
It's a level of attention we've built into how we work, without shortcuts.

Our Journey
From a workshop of 30 craftsmen in 1998 to a team of 1,500 craftspeople today, every milestone is another step forward, built on the same care we started with.
Opened our doors in Pekan Nanas, Johor.
Thirty craftsmen, our first sofas and recliners, and the start of White Feathers.
Opened a manufacturing subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Brought in automatic sewing machines from Japan.
Grew our Malaysia operation.
Introduced advanced leather CNC cutter from the USA.
Introduced a conveyor production system, moving more through the floor without losing precision.
Expanded Vietnam production facilities.
Honoured an Excellence Award from the Vietnam Labour Union for our commitment to our workforce.
Doubled our Vietnam capacity to serve growing export markets.
Completed a new R&D building.
Earned EN 12520 and FSC® certification for responsible timber sourcing.
